Right to Terminate Agreement Anytime — Was Too Long ?

We’re here at the poodle ranch. So we’ve got about seven more.
We have a whole herd of poodles.

We’re going to talk about experience that I had with one of my clients.
I was trying to help him lease an apartment as a courtesy because he was a nice guy
We were going to charge him one dollar.
The average time it takes to lease an apartment in that neighborhood is 42 days.
We sent him an agreement and offered to do it within three months or less
and charging one dollar
we put in the contract that in the marketing agreement that he could cancel and terminate any time he wanted to
He thought that was too long so he scratched up for three months and put one month even though we had the right to terminate any time he wanted to.

so what can you do other than just laugh.
We’re gonna go kill anthills.
